COVID-19 Information

Northstar Automotive Group has implemented internal procedures for the safety of our Customers and Employees. Below is some information to give our Customers choices should they want to limit contact with others in their day to day lives.

Contactless Parts Pick Up for Wholesale or Prepaid Parts Purchases:

When you let us know that you’re on your way to pick up your parts, we will have a designated area in our Stores for you to be able to pick up your order without having to come right into the store. Just call us and let us know when you are coming.

Contactless Deliveries for Wholesale or Prepaid Parts Purchases:

Should you choose to have your parts delivered, just let us know where you would like them dropped off. We will follow your guidance and call you when the delivery has been made. Just let us know if you’d like your delivery done this way and tell us who to call.

Contactless Service Department Drop Offs:

In the event your vehicle needs servicing or repairs, we can ensure that you don’t need to enter the store – and we encourage it. We will contact you to pre-write your Repair Order, review your maintenance history, check for any recalls and email or text you all the information prior to your appointment date so you can review it to ensure it’s accurate.

To drop off your vehicle, all you have to do is go to our ‘After Hours’ secure drop box – even during the day. You’d just complete some brief information on an envelope, place your keys in the envelope and place the envelope through our secure storage Drop Box. You’ll already know who your Service Advisor is, so we’d just ask that you call them and let us know your vehicle is with us and we’ll take it from there.

Contactless Vehicle Pick Up’s:

When it comes time to pick up your vehicle, a member of our Service Team will call you to review what was completed with your vehicle and make payment arrangements, if applicable. At this time, we will be accepting Credit Card payments over the phone.

We will email or text you your completed paperwork and payment receipt, secure your keys in your locked vehicle and ensure your vehicle touch points are sanitized. For your peace of mind, we will spray and wipe all of the following surfaces with Sanitization Spray prior to your arrival:

o All Seatbelt buckle and straps.

o All Door handles and tailgate handle

o Seat adjustments

o Touch screen and temperature dash, center console handle

o Window and side mirror controls

o Rear view mirror

o Steering wheel, turn signal and wiper levers

o Gear dial or gear shifter stick

o Cupholders

o Door key pad or door lock button after locking the vehicle

We have other options if you have to come into the store to drop off your vehicle but rest assured, we are observing physical distancing and sanitization procedures and working to ensure you’re in and out as quickly as possible.

And please know that if you do need to come into the Service and/or Parts Departments we have also put procedures in place to eliminate or minimize any contact. We have tried to think of everything from putting barriers on our debit machines to regularly sanitizing our facilities, workspaces and vehicles for customer pick up.

Your safety is paramount to us.
